Can I upload my own designs? What if I don’t have all the images ready?
Yes, you can add/change your designs in the management panel. And don’t worry if you don't have all the images of your designs. Our technical team is ready and pleased to help you in that matter.
What materials does DecoEase support?
Will I pay extra money for updates in the future?
No, you will only pay the set-up and subscription fee. Then, you’ll get the service included in your package without paying any extra money.

Can I customize DecoEase with my logo upon purchase?
Yes, you can, but note that this feature is available for starter plus, enterprise, and enterprise plus packages.
What languages does DecoEase support?
While our main language is English, we’re trying to add as many languages as possible to support our customers all around the world. If you need a language we don’t support yet, please contact us with your request.
What if I need a feature that is absent in DecoEase?

What if I reach my plan’s SKU limit?

Yes, you can save the previews you make with DecoEase as images and pdf files and share them wherever you desire.

How long does it take for the service to be ready for operation ?
After registering and uploading your product information to the management dashboard, after 3 working days, you can use the DecoEase smart flooring visualizer.
